Why do we need to change pillowcases often?
A pillowcase is one of the linens closest to us while we sleep. We are in direct contact with our pillowcases. Resting on a clean pillowcase promotes hygiene, and you get a sound sleep. However, do you know that if we do not change bedsheets and pillowcases regularly, then the bed becomes home to bacteria, dirt, and other harmful microorganisms that multiply as we sleep?
